Every mother deserves the chance to write her own story. As our residents are going through their pregnancies, we will provide mentoring, training, and educational opportunities so they can set their eyes on the future, hopeful and prepared to dictate their own stories.

Pregnant young women struggling with the jarring reality of an altered future are provided services to assist in their pregnancy journey.  The Mid-South Love Home provides a place to live, meals, and clothes for its residents.  We also provide Bible Study and counseling opportunities as well as a mentoring program.  Individually-dependent assistance can include opportunities for home-schooling, GED preparation, job skill training, craft training, financial training, motherhood training, etc.

Mid-South Love Home aims to transform the lives of young pregnant women and their soon-to-be-born babies by offering comprehensive residential and behavioral health and support services that empower the young women to break cycles such as poverty, limited education, joblessness, and poor parenting.  These services are provided in a “family” environment under the direction of house parents Brad and Paige Kimberlin.

Unplanned pregnancies leave many young women feeling isolated, alone, and scared. Every woman in this situation deserves to know there is hope for herself and her soon-to-be-born child. MSLH’s goal is to show these beautiful women that their hope and worth is found in Jesus Christ. We believe that many young women choose to abort their babies because they feel trapped. With a support system intact, The Love Home hopes to provide these women with an opportunity to choose life for their babies. We firmly believe that every life is created by God at the point of conception, and we value the lives of unborn children.
